Agriculture in ocad

The addition of an OCAD run agriculture program would be an excellent use of resources considering the already constricting market for organic foods.

In simple OCAD should institute an official program allowing students to take a credit for free to grow various plants and vegetables of nutritious value. These vegetables would than be outsourced to the student population or markets around the school allowing for both fresh and expensive supply. Students would learn traditional growing methods including greenhousing techniques and agriculture. The overall benifits are limitless especially when looking into the future, and the expenditures unlike most ideas is relatively cheap. The only real investment being time.
