Before going to the lecture, I had a question prepared to ask him about what has been agreed upon so far from the government on this Option 13 plan. Yet, coincidently, he had a slide of perfectly for my question.
What has been agreed upon?
1) Acceptable temperature increase range
2) Corresponding maximum atmosperic concentration of carbon dioxide equivalent
3) Corresponding global GHG targets
4) Price to deliver targets (ie. $50/ton)
