4) speaks to a specific group of people.

5) provides all the facts.

6) conveys its message simply.

7) IS NEWS

8) sells answers to consumers' current needs.

9) a good ad uses white space ***************(i guess Peter Oliver won't agree with this..lol)

10) a good ad has sense of urgency.
