My ecological footprint

My ecological footprint from ecologicalfootprint.org was 21.11 global hectares - which is slightly above the global average of 21. They list the sustainable footprint as 15 global hectares

I also tried the quiz at earthday.net and got 5.7 global hectares as my footprint, but I think their method of calculation was different. My results were:

CATEGORY GLOBAL HECTARES
FOOD 3.5
MOBILITY 0.8
SHELTER 0.3
GOODS/SERVICES 1.1
TOTAL FOOTPRINT 5.7

IN COMPARISON, THE AVERAGE ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT IN YOUR COUNTRY IS 8.8 GLOBAL HECTARES PER PERSON. (This I found surprising as the number is quite high)

WORLDWIDE, THERE EXIST 1.8 BIOLOGICALLY PRODUCTIVE GLOBAL HECTARES PER PERSON.

IF EVERYONE LIVED LIKE YOU, WE WOULD NEED 3.2 PLANETS.
