Hey guys,
For those of you who are too busy or too lazy to check out the Internet websites that Martha has provided, I thought it would be nice of me to summarize one of the websites that i've visited that interested me the most and highly suggest you guys to check it out as well when you have time....haha....
The link of the website is attached to the post so just click on it if you are interested in checking it out. The website is about climate crisis. The reason why i liked this website was because of the opening of the website. The website is introduced by a short film called " An Inconvenient Truth" and the images and the depressing music theme of this film really caught my attention. The film also had a very strong impact on me with very powerful images of the world today. Images of pollution, Hurricane Katrina and other natural disasters mainly caused by our (human beings) actions made me realize that the world is in danger and in order to diminish these unfortunate events we need to take actions immediately. They say Global warming is real, it's already happening and it is the result of our activities and not a natural occurence. Glaciers are melting, plants and animals are being forced from their habitat, and the number of severe stroms and droughts is increasing.
